The bottom line is constant practice of the language.  This is the reason why we strictly enforce the English Policy in outsourced call centers.  It isn’t enough that agents speak English on the phones but more so when conversing with friends and colleagues.  This will teach them to think English and avoid sounding too formal with customers

I know about that China and India are the most competitive providers in call center area. So for most of the bigest companies in the world have outsourced or are to outsource their business to Asia, IMO, I guess this can save a lot for the companies but, we should know that, China is just at the beginning of this industry and need more expenience, so it's an venture anyway.
